Why the mix matters
Old Baltimore brick is soft. It was set with soft lime mortar. The soft joints flex as the wall moves. Hard new mortar does not flex. It traps water and pops brick faces off. We test your old mortar. Then we mix new mortar to match it. That is why our joints last.
